Description

A children’s travel application for smart phones and tablets that can be used on long car journeys. The idea is that it will stop children getting bored and complaining in the car, which in turn means the driver gets a quiet drive without being distracted. The application will use the phones GPS to find objects and items for the children to spot out of the car window. They can either play by themselves or with others in the car, making it into a mini competition of who can find the objects first. By using GPS, it will be able to tell where you are, so if you are stuck in traffic, items like a traffic cone, a digger, a police car, etc. will come up to find so there’s always something to look out for.

 

My main target audience for the application will be children ages 4 to 16 years. However, I feel that it could be appealing to all ages due to it’s simple, yet stimulating, look and find idea. I will target my advertisements towards adults due to them being the ones who will want something to keep their children entertained and have a pleasant journey.
